HOW IT WORKS:
Specify your preferred location during the booking process. Our guide will then confirm the meeting location via email. Look for our guide sporting an aqua-colored scarf or jacket for easy identification.
What to Expect:
Choose your preferred photowalk location or let our guide suggest hidden gems that align with your photography style. If you opt for evening tours, we adjust the start time to take advantage of the blue hour or night sky. Don’t have a camera or tripod? We’ve got you covered with rentals. Note: If you book a next-day tour and our instructors are fully booked, we will contact you to reschedule.

Confirmation will be sent within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability. Please provide details like preferred location, skill level, interests, and photography style in the booking notes. Bring your camera, preferably a DSLR. DSLRs are available for rent. Smartphones are welcome for daytime tours. Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. I’m Nalaka from Faculty of science, University of Colombo. A guy who used to feel photos and keen to know the art of photography. Yes, indeed a beginner. When I came in the morning I knew nothing but photos are nice; and when I left the conference hall in the evening it was like I’m exposed to a new dimension. It was a superb workshop, comprehensive and out of box. Well organized even those who don’t know the ABC of photography could easily catch up. I will never forget his words; “There is nothing right or wrong in photography”, which leads me to a new dimension. Thank you very much sir. I would like to say just one more word. Awesome!!!
I was pretty clueless about all the technical jargon in relation to photography. Was only familiar with the Auto mode . Few attempts at online lessons were disappointing. That’s when I decided to take the basic course. I will recommend it 100% . In 5 short lessons, Anton managed to instil a fair knowledge of photography into us. He is an excellent teacher and kept our attention every second. It was interesting, simple and straightforward. Was interactive and fun at times. His enthusiasm for photography tends to grow in his students. Keep up your excellent work!!
Followed the ‘Advanced Certificate in Photography’ course conducted by Anton Fernando. At the outset, must state that as the Course Director he was awesome!!! He is a trainer of genius!!! His approach to teaching is very unorthodox but very effective from the stand point of the students. He has a natural ability to perform as a trainer; teacher; mentor……Being the first ever Advance photography course, he was challenged to formulate the syllabus, method of delivery, and system of evaluation, which he did with much professionalism, enthusiasm and creativity. Throughout the course, he displayed innovation, creativity as well as his commitment to the field of photography. Honestly, following his teaching in photography was as much a spiritual experience. No doubt, he is a ‘Master Photographer’. Waiting to enrol for his ‘Master Class Photographer’ training programme, in the near future.
It’s a nice workshop which covers all the important fundamentals of photography. Ewlyn’s presentation is straight, simple and very informative. It’s fun too.
The basic photography workshop is very informative and easy to understand. Anton is ready to answer all your questions. He’s a good teacher in my opinion.
